We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated in the center of the city, just a short walk away from the pedestrian zone. This made it very convenient for us to explore the surrounding area and visit local attractions. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful reception staff to the attentive restaurant team. They even accommodated us when we made a mistake with our reservation dates, without charging us any extra. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room and the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden area, where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Great Easter stay Had such a great Easter stay at this hotel! Loved the location as it was very easy to reach and had free parking. the free wifi was a plus point. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated. the breakfast was really good with a great variety of options to choose from. One of the best things about this hotel was that they had a pool and sauna, which were well-maintained and clean.

Room issues and slow staff On the negative side, the heating in our room was not working but the staff promptly relocated us. the second bathroom wasn't as nice as the first.

the location of the hotel offered many outside facilities and was pet-friendly. the spacious rooms were clean and modern with a sofa and table. the restaurant had delicious food and super-friendly staff. the breakfast buffet was regular and the bathrooms were clean. the smoking rooms were available and fairly priced.

The staff sometimes lacked attentiveness and could be slow to respond.
